2. Orders

• Orders placed on this website are treated as enquiries. We will confirm availability and final pricing via WhatsApp or phone before finalizing any order.
• Prices shown are in Ghana Cedis (₵) and are subject to change without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order if a product is out of stock.

3. Delivery

• We offer delivery within Accra and to major boarding schools in Ghana. Delivery fees and timelines are communicated at order confirmation.
• Campus or school delivery may require additional lead time. Please contact us to confirm availability for your school.

4. Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns of unused, undamaged items in original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
• To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp at 0543 969 796.
• Perishable items, opened personal care products, and customized bundles are non-returnable.

5. Payments

We accept MTN Mobile Money, Telecel Cash, cash on delivery, and bank card payments at our East Legon location. Payment details are confirmed at the time of order.

6. Limitation of Liability

Kreative Households shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our website or products beyond the purchase price of the item concerned.
